Swedish Massage… A gentle, relaxing full-body massage. The combination of long, smooth and rolling strokes helps to achieve full body balancing. The natural healing powers of essential oil penetrate the skin and enhance both physical and mental well-being. You can request a lighter or stronger touch.

Therapeutic Massage… Medium pressure is applied to the musculoskeletal system for the purpose of muscle relaxation to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, tension and stress.

Aromatherapy Massage… A gentle Swedish massage with all natural essential oils. The effects of aromatherapy combined with a full-body massage stimulate the removal of toxins and enhance relaxation. Choose a calming scent or one to stimulate your senses.

Deep Tissue… A penetrating full body massage designed to energize and restore the musculature of the body. This massage provides relief from chronic tension and muscle pain. It is excellent for those who prefer strong massage pressure.

Sports Massage… This is a deep tissue massage that incorporates stretching and trigger point release. Special attention is given to muscles that are used repetitively during activity. Special oils and muscle rubs are used during this massage to aid with muscle tension and pain.

Motherhood Massage… A gentle, relaxing full-body massage designed especially for pregnant women. Special attention is given to the future mother’s condition, which allows the relief from tension and discomfort of pregnancy.

Serenity Stone Massage …This deeply relaxing treatment inspired by tropical cultures utilizes the elements of nature in combination with the healing art of touch. You are warmed and massaged with smooth hand-harvested basalt stones, relieving muscle tension and grounding your spirit and mind.

Reflexology… An ancient holistic eastern treatment concentrating on the pressure points on the soles of the feet and is used specifically for healing the body.
